Peel v. Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission of Illinois, 110 S.Ct. 2281 (1990), disallows any state from prohibiting disclosure of NBTA certification.

Since graduation from the Detroit College of Law in February, 1982, Mr. Lebow has practiced exclusively in the field of litigation, with a strong concentration in business trials. He has the distinction of conducting his first jury trial while still a third year law student in 1981 as part of a clinical program in the Detroit Recorders Court. Since his admission to the bar, Mike has tried many business fraud and shareholder dispute cases, as well as many other types ranging from A' antitrust to Z' zoning with murder, conversion and criminal sexual conduct cases for variety. Service as the Michigan State Coordinator and Examiner for the NBTA have been special experiences, since becoming Board Certified in 1991. Mike is also active in the American Inns of Court, and as a mediator and arbitrator.
